Our online sports courses are run via the easy-to-use web application BigBlueButton (BBB) hosted by HTW Berlin. All courses are offered in a password-protected online meeting room. Use of this takes place in accordance with the data protection guidelines of HTW Berlin. The recording function of video conferences in BBB is disabled as a result. For full functionality, we recommend the applications Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

You can access the web application via join.rz.htw-berlin.de.

Please create space in your environment and prepare the sports area accordingly before the course starts. Establish a stable internet connection and log in punctually via the link provided. For the attendance check, please report to the course instructor via camera and microphone. When the course starts, turn off your microphone. (Turning on your own camera is optional). The instructor may correct a participant’s posture individually as required.

Participation is at your own risk and responsibility, as no movement correction and training load can be guaranteed by the exercise instructors. It follows that special care should be taken to perform the exercises at one’s own discretion and according to a sense of personal well-being.
